8. The Sheild vs New Age Outlaws & Kane in WrestleMania XXX
This matchup saw Roman Reigns teamed with Dean Ambrose’s alliance and Seth Rollins takes on New Age Outlaws and Kane. It was quite a one-sided opponent for Reigns as The Shield looked too strong and dominated throughout the match.
The Shield overpowered The Authority as the latter had no answer for this alliance. However, reigns performed well as he speared both Kane and the Outlaws. In the end, The Shield got the victory with their signature Triple Powerbomb on Billy Gunn and Road Dogg.
7. The Shield vs Randy Orton, Sheamus & Big Show – WrestleMania 29
This was the debut for Roman Reigns on WrestleMania 29, and it started as a show opener, Again Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins took on the mighty team of Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show in a six-man tag team action.
It was not an easy matchup for Reigns as both teams were quite strong, and it was pretty vivid during the match as it went back and forth. The Tribal Chief executed a massive Spear on Orton, and in the end, Ambrose picked up the win by pinning Orton.
6. Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre in WrestleMania XXXV
This match was quite an important one for Roman Reigns as he was making a comeback after being sidelined for months due to Leukemia, and who would have been a better opponent than Drew McIntyre.
These heavyweights clashed at WrestleMania 35 but didn’t turn out to be as good as it was expected, but this was soon topped at Survivor Series 2020 when they both were champions. However, the match went back and forth with both unleashing their attacks on each other, but in the end, The Bull Dog picked up the victory and was cheered by the fans at the MetLife Stadium.
5. Roman Reigns vs The Undertaker in WrestleMania 33
This match was supposed to be the biggest match of Roman Reigns’ career as he took on the legendary Undertaker at WrestleMania, going after his already broken streak. Instead, they got the opportunity to close the show, and the fans were rooting for Taker to defeat Reigns.
However, the match didn’t go as planned as Undertaker was all over the place during the game and was really off-paced regarding his preparation. He even revealed in his documentary that he apologized to Reigns for failing to give him a quality match. Nevertheless, Taker did put up a good fight but, in the end, suffered his second loss at WrestleMania.

3. Roman Reigns vs Triple H at WrestleMania 32
It all started when Triple H ended Roman Reigns’ WWE Championship run at the 2016 Royal Rumble. But The Big Dog fought his way through to get a shot at the WWE title against The Game at WrestleMania 32.
Unfortunately, the match didn’t go as planned as it was pretty evident that Reigns would be winning the bout as he overshadowed Triple H, and the game went too long, which irritated the fans. However, with some good moments as well, Reigns captured his third WWE Championship, but fans felt that he got all the spotlight, and the match was booed.
2. Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 31
Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns headlined WrestleMania 31 with The Beast’s WWE Championship on the line. Reigns had won the 2015 Royal Rumble and searched for his first World Title. It was a really even encounter as both were on the top of their game. However, the match got more interesting when Seth Rollins made history as the first man to cash in their Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania.
Rollins made this an impromptu triple threat match. It was quite a surprising moment for the fans as Rollins gave his Curb Stomp to Reigns and finally captured his first WWE Championship in one of the most shocking encounters in WrestleMania history.
1.Roman Reigns vs Daniel Bryan vs Edge at WrestleMania 37
In this really heavy encounter, Reigns defended the Universal Championship against 2021 Royal Rumble winner Edge and Daniel Bryan in a triple threat match that headlined night two of WrestleMania 37. The first Triple Chief title defence at WrestleMania.
It became one of the best WrestleMania main event matches in the last six years. All three put on a great show with some hard-hitting moves from start to finish. Jey Uso was involved and helped Reigns from losing the title. But, ultimately, he stamped his authority and continued his dominance by a con-chair to both men to retain his Universal Championship title.
Reigns are now gearing up for his match against Brock Lesnar, which will be a title vs title unification match, and it would be interesting to see who ends up with all the championship titles.
