Predicted Liverpool XI to face Napoli in the Champions League

Liverpool continued their unbeaten run in the Premier League with a 4-0 demolition of Bournemouth on Saturday and the Reds have all to play for when they play host to Napoli for the final game of the group stages of the UEFA Champions League.

Jurgen Klopp’s men are currently 3rd in Group C and they will have their fate entirely in their own hands, knowing that a 1-0 victory would be enough to help them progress to the knockout stages.

The Reds lost 1-0 to Napoli away from home back in October and they will need to produce something special to see off the Italians at Anfield.

Team News

Sadio Mane came off the bench against Bournemouth on Saturday but he should be fit enough to start on Tuesday night while Dejan Lovren is doubtful to feature in the Champions League tie.

Joe Gomez is already sidelined with a broken ankle while Dominic Solanke and Nathaniel Clyne are nursing minor injuries and are unlikely to play a part against Napoli. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a long-term absentee for the Reds.
