Skydock IV Lost Sector in Destiny 2 – Location and more

Published by

In this guide, we will tell you all the details about the Destiny 2 Skydock IV Lost Sector. Follow the guide carefully to complete this lost sector.

It can be challenging to farm Destiny 2’s Legendary Lost Sectors if you have just started. Dozens of Champions and tough enemies will block most builds, yet Skydock IV makes an exception. This Lost Sector can be farmed quickly, and that is why it is the best Lost Sector farm in Destiny 2. Make sure you have a high Resilience stat, the Lament Exotic Sword, and some healing equipment before entering Skydock IV.

Players can run both difficulties, including Master and Legend, inside the Skydock IV in the EDZ during the ongoing reset. To know all the details about the Destiny 2 Skydock IV Lost Sector read our guide below.

Destiny 2 Skydock IV Lost Sector location

It is recommended that you spawn in EDZ at the Sunken Isles waypoint. From there, follow the path to your right. You can find the Lost Sector by removing your ghost and following the purple “Lost Sector” icon.

A separate activation banner will appear once you reach the entrance. This will allow you to select which challenge level you wish to attempt. Legend difficulty requires 1560 with a high rare drop rate. Power level 1590 is needed for Master difficulty, and Exotic armor drops more frequently.

How to complete the Destiny 2 Skydock IV Lost Sector

A Void Glaive, Lament Exotic Sword, and Unstoppable Glaive mod are essential for completing the Lost Sector in under a minute. Once you have these items, proceed to the Lost Sector’s entrance and initiate the quest on Master. It is recommended that you bypass the entire Lost Sector, except for one Unstoppable Champion and the boss. In addition, you will still receive Platinum completion on Master. Now you will have to enter the sector and run past all the enemies until you reach a room.

After you enter the room, grab your Glaive and stun the Unstoppable Champion to your left. Use Lament to finish it off. Next, complete this run by defeating the boss using the Exotic sword and looting the chest.

Defeat all the enemies

The reason behind Lament is to get bonus damage and healing when revved up. Do not kill any additional enemies inside this room because it will spawn another Unstoppable, which will fail the Platinum completion. In the case that things go bad, the inherent perk Banshee’s Wail grants enemies healing and bonus damage after a block. An invisible Hunter can also be run alongside the aforementioned gear in the event that things get messy.

Things to keep in mind

  • When you enter Skydock IV, clear the area of Cabal enemies and drop down the entire way to the bottom.
  • Make sure to deal with the two Legionaries ahead, turn left and run the entire length of the corridor until you reach an open area.
  • Once you’re done, clear the room of trash to get to the loot crate. You’ll then get access to the loot crate after you take down the mini-boss, Devourer Darg.
  • Due to its glowing aura, the crate is visible on the left side of the room towards the end room. Once it has been looted, the Lost Sector is finished.

So that is everything you need to know about the Destiny 2 Skydock IV Lost Sector.
