“Sums him up perfectly,” “2023 champs” – Giannis Antetokounmpo sets the internet on fire with a catchy quote on new shoes

The following trademark sneaker of Milwaukee Bucks player Giannis Antetokounmpo appears to be on the way.

Giannis Antetokounmpo teased the Nike Zoom Freak 4 on Twitter, posting photographs of himself wearing the shoe in a neon and salmon hue. The phrase “The One Who Believed Would Become Unbelievable” may also be seen on the classic Nike swoosh, which has been reversed.

The Greek Freak captioned his image, implying that the shoes would be available shortly.

Nike has also released official photos of the shoe. Its official colors are dark Marina Blue, Barely Volt, and Pink Gaze. Sneaker News also revealed further information regarding the design of the new “Unbelievable” boots, including other writing that was not visible in Giannis Antetokounmpo’s photographs.

Additional lettering such as “FREAKY” and “FREAK” can be seen on the heel, toe, and insole, sometimes next to the athlete’s emblem and signature. The structure is then completed with solid tones, providing a tri-colored aesthetic that transitions from “Barely Volt” to “Pink Gaze” and then to “Dark Marina Blue.”

There is no official release date for the Bucks star’s new trademark sneakers. According to primary sources, they will be available on August 5 at $120, comparable to previous Nike Zoom Freak range editions.

Nike unveiled the first glimpse at the shoe last month to coincide with the premiere of ‘Rise,’ a film about Giannis and his siblings’ journey to the NBA. He also delivered a unique statement at the film’s premiere to demonstrate how far the trio had progressed. Given his humble beginnings, it is pretty astonishing to see all that he has done, including two MVPs, a Defensive Player of the Year, and, of course, a title and Finals MVP last year.

Reporters previously mocked him for declaring he wanted to win MVP at some time, and now he has a CV that only Michael Jordan can equal through the first nine seasons of his career, which is saying a lot. Expect Giannis to return with a fury next season as he pursues another NBA title, and he’ll do so in his brand-new Nike Zoom Freak 4s. The rest of the league should buckle up.
