4-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka has seen euphoric highs as well as shattering lows in her career so far.

After turning pro in September 2013, Naomi Osaka began to show glimpses of the phenomenal talent that she possessed. At the end of 2016, she was named the WTA Newcomer of the Year.

She won her first WTA tour-level title at the 2018 Indian Wells Open with victories against the likes of Karolina Pliskova, Simona Halep, and Daria Kasatkina in the quarter-finals, the semi-finals, and the final respectively.

In 2018, she achieved her first taste of success at a major event when she won the US Open after defeating the legendary Serena Williams in the final. Osaka backed it up with another title at the 2019 Australian Open. She also became the new No. 1 ranked player in the WTA rankings. Osaka was the first Asian player to hold the No. 1 position.

After a brief struggle with inconsistent form, Osaka bagged her third major title and second at the US Open in 2020. Her last major title came at the 2021 Australia Open and since then, she has had her share of struggles with mental health and injuries. She has been on a hiatus on a couple of occasions as well to deal with her mental health issues. The 24-year-old seemed to have put those demons to rest and returned to action this year but success has so far eluded her.
