Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa’s Spotify profiles spark dating rumours – here’s everything you need to know
Tennis has got its new power couple in the form of Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa. The Spanish star Badosa was seen in the stands during Tsitsipas’ match at the Roland Garros and what probably seals the deal is the fact that both of them have display pictures on Spotify in which they are seen sharing the frame together.
The rumours of their relationship have gone viral in no time. Although they have neither denied nor accepted the claims, the Tennis stars seem to be enjoying the attention and indulging in cheeky banter regarding the same on Twitter.
Badosa was in a relationship with model Juan Betancourt not long back but she seems to have moved on following their split.
She was spotted in the stands in a white top and black cap during Tsitsipas’ fourth round match at the French Open and that is what initially sparked the rumours. Curious fans soon rushed to the various social media handles of both the players to find out if they can get something spicy to fuel the fire.
And, you would always trust the Internet to come up with something interesting – and so they did! Fans brought to everyone’s attention on social that the duo have linked their Spotify profiles and their display pictures are pretty cute selfies where both of them are sharing the frame.
Paula Badosa was in attendance at the French Open despite pulling out of the tournament
Paula Badosa had withdrawn from the French Open after sustaining a spinal stress fracture at the Italian Open. She got injured during her Italian Open encounter where she lost to Czech Republic’s Karolina Muchova in the Round of 16. However, despite not being able to make it to Paris as a player, she has made the long journey to attend the Grand Slam and now, we do seem to have an idea why!
We’re not sure if she attended all of Tsitsipas’ matches at the Roland Garros but we do know for sure that she witnessed her rumoured boyfriend’s fourth round victory against Sebastian Ofner. However, Tsitsipas has unfortunately been eliminated from the tournament after losing to Carlos Alcaraz in the quarter-finals. The couple will now look to spend some quality time in Paris before heading to their respective destinations.
