Stefanos Tsitsipas highlighted the importance of taking a break from normal life
Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas has kept himself a busy man despite no tennis action around due to the coronavirus.
The 21-year-old has been very active in social media ever since undergoing self-isolation and has been grabbing the headlines for a variety of reasons.
However, the ‘Next Gen’ star recently came up with a post in his Instagram feed urging fans to find activities that open new horizons.
Tsitsipas gave everyone a glimpse of his creative side with his recent post highlighting the importance of taking a break from normal life and having an activity that opens horizons which will help everyone feel relieved and rejuvenated.
Tsitsipas shared a photo of himself holding a camera with a caption that read:
“Beyond tennis or any daily occupation and routine, it is equally important to find a pleasant job, for the expansion, and evolution of ourselves. Choose a pleasant job that will open your horizons, and add a little spontaneity.”
“An escape that will relieve you and rejuvenate you from the daily tension. For me, being creative is not a hobby, it’s a way of life. That’s why I want you to tell me, what would you like the next video to be about?”, Tsitsipas wrote.
Meanwhile, Tsitsipas is the current World No.6 and the youngest player ranked inside the top-ten category according to the ATP rankings.
“Zverev and Tsitsipas hate each other”
Meanwhile, Nick Kyrgios grabbed the headlines by making a controversial statement. The perpetual ‘bad boy’ of tennis was once again at the thick of things and may have once again sparked controversy.
Kyrgios was on Instagram with British star Andy Murray talking about the Laver Cup tournament when the latter asked the Australian why he invested so much of his time emotionally into the event.
Kyrgios replied, “Cause it’s fun, it’s me with my best buds playing against some Europeans who don’t care about each other but act like they care for that one week. Let’s be honest, Zverev and Tsitsipas hate each other, and all of a sudden they are besties for the week.”
The truth behind Kyrgios’ recent revelation is yet to be known. However, one thing is for sure – the after-effects of Kyrgios’s statement will be witnessed in the days to come.
