The Diriyah Tennis Cup will serve as early preparation for the Australian Open in 2023 and some of the biggest names on the tour will be seen in action.
The exhibition tournament kicks off on December 8, in Saudi Arabia. The list of players that will be competing at the tournament in the hope of lifting the crown has been announced. Fans will be thrilled to know that former Grand Slam champions like Daniil Medvedev, Stan Wawrinka, and Dominic Thiem, will be stepping on the court in the Asian nation.
Talented youngsters like Taylor Fritz, Andrey Rublev, and Hubert Hurkacz will also be eager to stamp their class in the exhibition tournament that will have both singles and doubles events.
Another great news for tennis fans is the return of Alexander Zverev to the competition. The former world No. 2 will be playing his first match since tearing ankle ligaments during his French Open semi-final bout against Rafael Nadal.
British world No. 1 Cameron Norrie will also lace up his boots in the tournament. 2022 Wimbledon finalist Nick Kyrgios is another star that will be in action at the Diriyah Tennis Cup.
