The legendary Roger Federer announced his retirement from professional tennis earlier this year. In his last match, he teamed with Rafael Nadal in the Laver Cup to face the team of Frances Tiafoe and Jack Sock.

The competition was not held in 2020 and 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, top players like Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, Felix Auger-Aliassime, and Alexander Bublik will look forward to winning the title. Veterans like Stan Wawrinka and Andy Murray would look forward to rolling back the years and treating the fans with some vintage performances.
