Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is not convinced by the scientifically proven theories about Earth – is he a flat-earther?

Nick Kyrgios recently attended American influencer Logan Paul’s popular ‘impaulsive’ podcast and some of his comments on the show have sparked fresh debates on social media.

Kyrgios is currently on a break from playing full-time tennis as he is recovering from a knee injury and is making the most of his leisure time off the court. Logan Paul is a popular online personality, actor, professional wrestler and he was happy to welcome Kyrgios to his podcast.

Kyrgios was at his candid best on the show and spoke freely about his beliefs. Kyrgios has a very interesting take about Pyramids: “I don’t think the pyramids are man-made. The doors are pretty big, and we as humans don’t need doors as big as those ones.” The Australian also doesn’t seem too convinced by scientifically proven theories that the Earth is flat. When asked about his opinion, he stated: “I don’t even know what to believe anymore. I think we could chat for hours on it.” These comments from the show have gone viral and sparked fresh debates on social media.

Nick Kyrgios is currently recovering from a knee injury

Kyrgios has recently undergone arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and is currently in the recovery phase. It is the same injury that forced him to withdraw from the Australian Open last month. He was forced to withdraw from the tournament just 24 hours ahead of his first round clash. Kyrgios has been on a break from the ATP tour since then and it remains to be seen when he can manage to make a full-fledged comeback.

The 27-year-old had confirmed his withdrawal during a conference on Day 1 at Melbourne Park and revealed that a routine MRI scan has indicated a small tear and a cyst in his lateral meniscus. Kyrgios then returned to Canberra for surgery and it was certainly heart-breaking for him and his fans. On a positive note, the surgery has gone very well and Kyrgios is very much on the road to recovery.
