Victoria’s Secret has a new ambassador in Naomi Osaka

Tennis star Naomi Osaka is the new face of Victoria’s Secret. Champion Osaka took to Instagram to announce that she will be joining the brand as an ambassador.

Naomi joins models Paloma Elsesser, Valentina Sampaio, and Hailey Bieber, and athletes Megan Rapinoe and Eileen Gu, among others to be part of the top brand.

Osaka announcing the partnership in Instagram said:

“Very excited and proud to join an incredible group of women. Wouldn’t have thought this was possible as a child and I’m so glad there’s more representation in the world now.”

“Can’t wait to share/show you guys how I’ll be partnering with VS.”

Currently, the VS Collective sees such celebrities as Hailey Bieber, Priyanka Chopra, Eileen Gu, and Megan Rapinoe, to name a few.

Osaka also told WWD in an exclusive interview:

“I remember going into [Victoria’s Secret] stores when I was a kid and wondering why none of the women on the wall looked like m. Now, as a collective, we can inspire the next generation from all different backgrounds, cultures and sizes. That represents such progress to me.”

Naomi Osaka Endorsements

Osaka has a huge fan following.

Osaka is also believed to have partnered with at least another 22 brands that include Louis Vuitton, Tag Heuer, All Nippon Airways, Nissan, among several other big names. According to Forbes, the Japanese ace made a whopping $37.4 million in endorsement and tournament prizes just between May 2019 and May 2020.

Osaka is also the brand ambassador for Mastercard. Her other endorsements include Bare Minerals, Body Armor, Hyperice, Melco Resorts, Morinaga, and Ariel Japan.
