The crazy stat was displayed during the second set when the two players were fighting out an intense game. Medvedev eventually triumphed Fokina in straight sets 6-3, 7-5 but the ‘number of cats owned by Fokina has certainly emerged as the talking point from the match. Meanwhile, No.5 seed Medvedev will now face Frances Tiafoe in the semi-final tomorrow.
