Rafael Nadal features in a campaign launched by Cantabria Labs and Heliocare

Rafael Nadal was seen starring in a new campaign in a bid to save skin from solar radiation.

Cantabria Labs and Heliocare’s campaign is named ‘Leave your skin alone in what is important, never in the sun’.

The campaign features Nadal in the lead. It portrays the Spaniard speaking on how he became aware of the importance of caring for the skin against solar radiation.

It has been launched on the occasion of celebrating the World Melanoma Day, which falls this Saturday.

Nadal had back in 2019 signed an agreement with Cantabria Labs to promote Heliocare’s expert advice and proposals for healthy sun exposure to help prevent skin diseases and encourage correct oral and topical sun protection.

“Visit your dermatologist and consult your pharmacist”

Nadal could be seen making a smile of the marks that the ball leaves on the ground when it is hit with the marks that the sun leaves on a person’s skin.

Nadal also offers valuable advice in the video urging people to see a dermatologist at least once a year. “Do as I do, visit your dermatologist and consult your pharmacist,” recommends Nadal.

In addition to all this, the 19-time Grand Slam winner ensures that he watches over his moles with the ‘ABCDE’ rule.

The rule tries to ensure that the moles are not asymmetric, do not have irregular edges, if they change colour or diameter, and their evolution.
