The Greek sensation has received strong criticism several times in his career so far, owing to his bad attitude and behavior that is not ideal for a role model to many. In several matches, Tsitsipas has been involved in arguments with the umpire. A lot of players get into altercations with umpires during the matches but usually apologize once it gets over.

Another complaint from fans is that Tsitsipas receives instructions from his father during his matches. According to tennis rules, no instructions can be passed on from the outside during the matches, and players on the court will have to make their decisions.

Tsitsipas has also irked tennis lovers by being rude to the ball boys and girls during some of his matches. While there is no questioning his abilities as a player, Tsitsipas can consider calming down a bit as he gets more experienced.

The 24-year-old recently put out a tweet giving his opinion on ice hockey. He wrote:
