World No.6 Stefanos Tsitsipas is currently under self-isolation due to the coronavirus outbreak like many of his tennis counterparts
‘Next Gen’ tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas became the most recent to hog the limelight after putting up a hilarious post on his Twitter page.
The Greek youngster like many of his tennis counterparts is currently undergoing self-isolation due to the pandemic coronavirus outbreak.
Tsitsipas has been engaging himself and others with videos and posts on social media. The most recent of such events saw the young Greek put up a hilarious tweet in his page on Thursday.
He uploaded a photograph of himself, where he could be seen sitting on the grass. The caption that read was brilliant and said: “Only person to touch grass this season”.

Though Tsitsipas had put up the post on a lighter note, it was a brilliant one considering the fact the Wimbledon Championships – the most classic of all tennis tournaments played on a grass court was cancelled a few days back.
The AELTC had last week announced that this year’s Wimbledon Grand Slam had been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
The ATP had also put out a statement recently that all tennis-related activities will be suspended until at least July 13.
“I can imitate tennis players doing interviews”
Tsitsipas also in a question-answer session with his fans on Instagram live revealed one of his hidden talents.
When asked what hidden talent the Greek possessed, Tsitsipas was of the opinion that he could imitate other tennis stars giving interviews.
“Hidden talent? I can imitate tennis players doing interviews but I won’t do that because I am too shy,” Tsitsipas said on Instagram.
Fans also asked the World No.6 a few other questions, which also included the ones about his love life.
The 21-year-old did not have the best of starts this season as he crashed out in the group stages of the ATP Cup. He also suffered a third-round exit at the Australian Open.
However, he proved his credentials with a title win in Marseilles and a runner-up finish in Dubai.
