Fans had a laugh at Jannik Sinner appearing like a nun during his loss against Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Jannik Sinner‘s new ‘Nun look’ has gone viral on the internet. During Sinner’s match against Tsitsipas, the Italian was spotted sitting with a white towel wrapped around his body, which gave him the appearance of a nun. The photo has gone viral in no time and has provided good content for memes.

Sinner and Tsitsipas played out an intense five-set thriller at the Rod Laver Arena yesterday. The Greek ace raced to a two sets to love lead before Sinner mounted an incredible comeback to make it 2-2. In the final set, Tsitsipas held his nerves to get the better of Sinner and make it through to the quarter-finals.

Sinner has had a decent run at the Australian Open before losing to Tsitsipas. The 15th seed started his campaign with two convincing wins against Kyle Edmund and Tomas Etcheverry. He was pushed to his limits in the third round by Marton Fucsovics but he found out a way to emerge victorious despite trailing by two sets. However, he will now have to settle for a fourth round finish after falling just short against No.3 seed Tsitsipas.
