Nike has released its exclusive collection for male and female stars at the US Open – here’s what fans had to say
Nike has unveiled its newest US Open line in New York City, catering to fans. The 2023 collection at Flushing Meadows will feature striking designs for both male and female athletes.
Renowned for revealing top-tier collections towards the season’s conclusion, this year’s creations draw inspiration from mosaic patterns found across many aspects of New York City. Introducing a range of lively prints for the ultimate event of the year, this edition of NikeCourt’s collection presents an exhilarating blend of quirky outfits designed for the typical tennis enthusiast.
Nike’s Collection for Men
Carlos Alcaraz, the recent Wimbledon champion, will aim to defend his title at the upcoming NYC event. He’ll be wearing the Dri FIT Slam top along with the Dri-FIT Slam shorts, paired with a set of Air Zoom Vapor Pro 2 sneakers. The young Spanish sensation will be joined by other members of the NikeCourt team, including Holger Rune, Jannik Sinner, Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe, Karen Khachanov, and Lorenzo Musetti.
They will all don the Dri-FIT Slam Top, Dri-FIT ADV Slam Polo, Dri-FIT Slam Short, and Slam NYC T-Shirt. These outfits will be available in three different colors. As for footwear choices in New York, players can select from options such as the NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor 11, NikeCourt Air Zoom Vapor Pro 2, NikeCourt Air Zoom NXT, NikeCourt Zoom Vapor Cage 4, and the NikeCourt Air Zoom GP Turbo Osaka (which Frances Tiafoe will wear).
Nike’s Collection for Women
Led by the current Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka, the NikeCourt women’s team is set to captivate the New York crowd. Sabalenka, with the intention of continuing her successful season, will wear the Dri-FIT Slam Printed Tennis Tank Top, paired with the Dri-FIT Slam Printed Tennis Skirt.
Her outfit will be completed with a pair of NikeCourt Air Zoom NXT sneakers. Other notable members of the NikeCourt Team, including Bianca Andreescu, Petra Kvitova, Victoria Azarenka, Madison Keys, Anastasia Potapova, Qinwen Zheng, Paula Badosa, Linda Fruhvirtova, and Mirra Andreeva, will showcase the latest styles, including the Dri-FIT Slam Tennis Dress, Slam Tennis Tank Top, Dri-FIT Slam Skirt, and Dri-FIT NYC Tee. These looks will be available in various colors such as Noble Red, Track Red, Jade Ice, Ember Glow, and White.
