Now, the Spanish legend wears the more orthodox half sleeve but still boasts a marvelous physique at the age of 36.

During a post-match interview at the Australian Open, Nadal revealed why he chose to wear sleeveless T-shirts. Nadal said, “Well, I don’t know. I am comfortable like this. You like it?”

As the interview went along, the interviewer said, “I think you look good this way. I like it, it’s good. For me, it works, for me, it’s good, but I’ll tell you when I’m walking on the street this morning for my coffee, a woman, she comes to me and she says listen, Rafa is playing tonight. Please ask him because I miss it to show me the muscles one more time.”

Nadal obliged as he went on to pull up his sleeve and flexed his bicep to a rousing ovation from the fans in attendance.
