This achievement marked her first International Tennis Federation (ITF) Singles title. Despite being a wild card entry in the Tunisian tournament, Okutoyi displayed exceptional performance throughout the draw, requiring only three sets in one instance, during the quarter-finals against Italy’s Anastasia Abbagnato, before claiming victory against Isabella Harvison in the final.

Additionally, as a member of the Grand Slam Player Development Programme/ITF Touring Team, she teamed up with Rose Nijkamp at the Junior Championships, Wimbledon in July 2022, and together, they emerged victorious, topping the girls’ doubles podium.
