Once you arrive at the zone, there will be two different paths. One will be the stairs on your left and a door on your right. The Sword spawns near the Path of Devotion. So, you have to take the right and travel through the doorway. This also leads to the Path of Devotion.

While you enter the zone, there will be lots of enemies. You have to slay these small mobs and the Hallowed Sentinel, Pureblade. Pureblade will be seen near the altar and an interaction with the statue will kickstart the challenge. Defeat the enemy and take the stairs on your left. Overcoming rolling barrels and keep moving forward.

Once you reach the top of the stairs, you will be surrounded by three more Hallowed sentinels. Ardent Penitent, Marksman, and Radiant Hounds will be your final enemies. Slay them and pick the sword. The Bloody Glory sword will be at the corner on your left side. After picking up the weapon, you can leave the place and exit the zone.
