Thiago Santos has a net worth of approximately $1.5 million. Had he come into the sport earlier, he could have amassed a lot more.
His biggest payday was against Jon Jones in the light-heavyweight championship bout at UFC 239. A narrow split decision loss saw Santos earn an impressive $380,000.
For his first UFC fight, back in August 2013, Santos made $8000.

He then earned his first victory in the UFC by beating Ronny Markes via. TKO.
Following a loss against Uriah Hall at UFC 175, Santos went on a four-fight winning streak, beating the likes of Elias Theodorou and Nate Marquardt in the process.
Santos then lost his next two fights, against Gegard Mousasi and Eric Spicely, before going on yet another four-fight winning streak. This time his opponents were more impressive – Gerald Meerschaert, Jack Hermansson and Anthony Smith.
He lost to David Branch, who stopped his winning run. Once again Thiago Santos embarked on a four-fight winning streak, this time he knocked the now-champ Jan Blachowicz, while also making a move to the light-heavyweight division.
At UFC 239, Santos fought for the light-heavyweight title, and agonizingly missed out on beating Jon Jones, going down via. split decision.
Since then, Santos has lost his next two fights as well. He got back on track with a much-needed win over Johnny Walker in October 2021, before going down to Magomed Ankalaev in his next.
