Adam Lallana’s time at Liverpool is coming to an end but the question is should he leave now or in the summer?

Liverpool invested heavily over the summer to make sure that Jurgen Klopp has the ability and the players to try and win the Premier League title.

His three front-men pick themselves, but it was the midfield where Klopp needed to add reinforcements. That’s why both Fabinho and Naby Keita were brought in alongside Xherdan Shaqiri to reinforce the team, with all three playing a major part so far.

However, that means that former Southampton star Adam Lallana hasn’t had a chance to prove himself, making only six appearances so far with injuries preventing him from making more.

Not just that, his lack of appearances has made fans question why he is still at Liverpool. But it wasn’t always like that, with the 30-year-old once being a crucial part of Jurgen Klopp’s side after his arrival from Southampton.

His stamina combined with his creative abilities made him a key part of Klopp’s early Liverpool teams with him taking the lead in his gegen-pressing style of play.

However, since then injuries have played a major part in his career at Liverpool, stopping him from making any more appearances. But even at the age of 30, there is no doubt that he would find suitors if he were to leave Liverpool in the winter transfer window.

But the question is should Lallana leave now in the winter transfer window or next summer when his career at Liverpool might be well and truly over. Given his qualities, that would make Lallana an absolute bargain, especially for Premier League sides.

The likes of West Ham, Wolves, and even Crystal Palace could use the 30-year-old and also could be more than willing to shell out the transfer fee.

However, the final decision is up to Adam Lallana and given his current situation, things could not get any worse for the England star.

But with his injury troubles, the question is who will take a chance on him going forward, as no manager wants someone who they can trust to stay fit.
