UFC 255 results: Two titles were on the line in the latest UFC PPV. UFC 255 saw Deiveson Figueiredo defend his men’s Flyweight title against Alex Perez while Valentina Shevchenko put her title on the line against Jennifer Maia.
Figueiredo and Shevchenko looked dominant coming into the event but anything could happen in the UFC.
There were some rising stars on the prelim cards with Valentina Shevchenko, Joaquin Buckley and Brandon Royval in action.

Early prelim card
Sasha Palatnikov beats Louis Cosce – TKO
The first fight of the night saw Sasha Palatnikov beat Louis Cosce thanks to some punches in the third round.
Kyle Daukaus beats Dustin Stoltzfus – Decision (unanimous)
This was the first fight of the night that went the distance with Kyle Daukaus picking up the win.
Alan Jouban beats Jared Gooden – Decision (unanimous)
The third fight of the night also went the distance with Alan Jouban getting the better of Jared Gooden.
Prelim card
Nicolas Dalby beats Daniel Rodriguez – Decision (unanimous)
Nicolas Dalby and Daniel Rodriguez also went the distance with Dalby getting the win.
Antonina Shevchenko beats Ariane Lipski – TKO
The older Shevchenko sister got the better of rising star Ariane Lipski thanks to a ton of punches.
Joaquin Buckley beats Jordan Wright – KO
Joaquin Buckley continued his impressive knockout streak but taking down his rival with a punch in the second round.
Brandon Moreno beats Brandon Royval – TKO
Brandon Royval picked up a dislocated shoulder in his fight against Brandon Moreno and the fight had to be stopped.
Main card
Paul Craig beats Shogun Rua – Submission (punches)
Paul Craig got the better of UFC veteran Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua and made the Brazilian tap after several punches in the second round.
Katlyn Chookagian beats Cynthia Calvillo – Decision (unanimous)
Katlyn Chookagian dominated Cynthia Calvillo throughout the three rounds and picked up an impressive win.
Tim Means beats Mike Perry – Decision (unanimous)
Tim Means and Mike Perry put on a slugfest but it was Means who got the win with an impressive display.
Valentina Shevchenko beats Jennifer Maia – Decision (unanimous)
Shevchenko kept her title despite some initial trouble from Jennifer Maia thanks to a strong performance in the final two rounds.
Deiveson Figueiredo beats Alex Perez – Submission (guillotine choke)
Figueiredo continued his form as he picked up another impressive win in the first round against Alex Perez.
