UFC Fight Night sees a main event of Alistair Overeem taking on Augusto Sakai and it features a packed fight card

The next UFC event is Fight Night 176 and it features a huge main event with Alistair Overeem taking on Augusto Sakai.

Overeem is a former Heavyweight contender and has won titles outside of the UFC. He is one of the most experienced MMA stars of all-time and holds a record of 46 wins, 18 losses and one no contest.

Overeem is coming off a win over Walt Harris in his last fight. Sakai, for his part, is 15-1-1 in his career.

The 29-year-old Brazilian is on a six-fight win streak and is yet to lose in the UFC.

Date and location

UFC Fight Night 176 takes place on 5 September. The location for this fight is the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, which has held most of the fights since the Coronavirus pandemic broke.

The UFC has been hosting fights almost every week since Fight Island, and this should also have some amazing clashes.

Live streaming and where to watch

The UFC has a deal with ESPN and that is the outlet to watch this Fight Night event. ESPN+ is the streaming option while the clash will also be shown on ESPN.

For Canadian viewers, TSN is the option to watch the fight. DAZN is another outlet which streams the fights in certain locations.

Indian sub-continent fans can check out Sony/Ten for all the action. Sony Liv is the streaming option for these regions.

There are many other sites who show the UFC fights for free too and here are some links that could work on the day of the event.

However, it is best to check local listings for time and availability.

As with any UFC event, the card is split into two or more. This event has a prelim card and a main card.

The prelim card starts at 6 PM ET while the main card should start at 8 PM. The prelim card features four fights while the main card has five confirmed bouts.
