UFC Fight Night 181 results: Anderson Silva was emotional after his epic battle against Uriah Hall
UFC Fight Night 181 had a main event of Anderson Silva taking on Uriah Hall. There were concerns that this would be Silva’s final fight in the UFC and the Spider would sail off in the distance after a stellar career.
Silva is a former UFC Middleweight champion and held the belt for a record number of consecutive days. However, age has caught up with the 45-year-old and Hall seemed set for a big win in his career.
The co-main event of UFC Las Vegas 12 saw the undefeated Bryce Mitchell facing Andre Fili. The talk regarding this fight was about Mitchell wearing his camo UFC shorts, while Fili was looking to get another big scalp.
One fight was called off before the show as Priscila Cachoeira pulled out of the event due to weight cut issues and the UFC couldn’t find a replacement to fight Cortney Casey.

Sean Strickland defeated Jack Marshman – decision unanimous
This was the first fight that lasted the entire three rounds as Sean Strickland got the better of Jack Marshman.
Adrian Yanez beats Victor Rodriguez – KO
Adrian Yanez made the most of his UFC debut with a head kick on Victor Rodriguez for a great KO.
Alexander Hernandez beats Chris Gruetzemacher – KO
Another fight, another KO, as Alexander Hernandez punched his opponent for the KO win.
Thiago Moises beats Bobby Green – decisions unanimous
The first fight of the main card saw Thiago Moises pick up a decisive win over Bobby Green.
Kevin Holland beats Charlie Ontiveros – neck injury
Kevin Holland picked up a win after his takedown hurt Charlie Ontiveros and he was unable to continue.
Greg Hardy beats Maurice Greene – TKO
Greg Hardy got another win as he defeated Maurice Green in the only Heavyweight fight on the card.

Uriah Hall beats Anderson Silva – TKO
Uriah Hall got the better of the MMA legend with a TKO win in the fourth round, and the pair were extremely emotional after the fight too.
