The UFC will be returning to its Apex Facility in Enterprise, Nevada once again, after the conclusion of UFC Fight Night 194: Dern vs Rodriguez.

UFC Fight Night 195 (UFC Vegas 40) will be headlined by a women’s featherweight bout between Aspen Ladd and Norma Dumont.

It was Holly Holm who was supposed to face Dumont, but an injury meant that she had to be replaced.

And Ladd, who just had her fight against Macy Chiasson cancelled due to a failed weight cut, was named as the replacement a couple of days ago.

Ladd is coming off a TKO win over Yana Kunitskaya, way back in December 2019. It has been almost 2 years since she competed.

Dumont, on the other hand, is coming off a hard-fought split decision win over Felicia Spencer at UFC Fight Night: Font vs Garbrandt.

UFC veteran heavyweight Andrei Arlovski will take on Carlos Felipe in the co-main event. He is coming off a unanimous decision win over Chase Sherman in April 2021.

Felipe, meanwhile, is on a three-fight winning streak, and last defeated Jake Collier via. split decision at UFC 263.

Other notable fights in the main card are – Julian Marquez taking on Jordan Wright, and Jim Miller squaring off against Erick Gonzalez.
