Francis Ngannou is known for his quick finishes and he has barely spent three minute of fight time in his last four wins
UFC 260 sees one huge clash between Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou. This is the main event of the show with the UFC Heavyweight title on the line.
Miocic is the defending champion and many believe he is one of the greatest heavyweights ever. The American had beaten Ngannou three years back but this is a different beast to tackle.
Ngannou learned from that loss and has picked up some really quick wins. The 34-year-old is on a four-fight win streak and he has only crossed the one minute mark in one of those fights.
Ngannou has 11 knockout wins out of the 15 in his career and his last four wins have come in a combined time of just 2:42.
This includes wins over Curtis Blaydes, Cain Velasquez, Junior dos Santos and Jairzinho Rozenstruik. Ngannou has made it a habit to end fights quickly and well, there are some things that could be done in that time.
While Ngannou has taken up some help from UFC Welterweight champion Kamaru Usman in hopes of getting his wrestling better, the fight could be decided on the feet.
That could be the best chance for Ngannou to get the belt given how great Miocic is on the ground and in wrestling.
Ngannou has racked up quite a win-streak in really short time and ESPN made a great infographic of nine times you could do in 2:42.
This included microwaving popcorn, brushing your teeth, calling a taxi, making coffee, cooking an egg and toasting waffles.
You could more in all honesty, such as downloading a music album or ordering some take out. Nevertheless, the point is that Ngannou likes to end fights quickly. The UFC 260 main event could be a blink and miss event.
That would see Ngannou knock out Miocic and get the belt. However, the champion has been incredible in his UFC career and he too could have a trick or two up his sleeve.
