Alex Volkanovski and Conor McGregor to square off in the octagon?
As usual Conor McGregor had something to say for a great match that everyone loved. Left unimpressed by Alex Volkanovski’s performance McGregor took to Twitter to voice his opinions. McGregor said:
I’d kick this volovski head off like it was a rugby ball I was kicking. 5’4! And full of muscle! Hahahahaha little fart he is. Not even a little fart. A shart haahahahaj jackass .

McGregor has had his fair share of success in the Featherweight division in the past. He seems to be confident of beating Volkanovski easily, classic Mcgregor.
How did Alex Volkanovski response?
Volkanovski laughed out at the comments from McGregor. The champ even asked him to come down to the Featherweight division but knows it is very unlikely. Shortly after Volkanovski said that he’s love to go up to the 155 lbs division. He said:
“Let’s do it. 155, Let’s make it happen”
Volkanovski has certainly issued a challenged out to McGregor and is ready to get to work. The Australian also put on a show at the UFC 266 in his title match against Brian Ortega. The match was an absolute belter to watch and also possibly one of the best Featherweight fights in history.
Just after retaining the title in a dominating fashion Volkanovski has urged arguably the biggest star in the sport to a match. The match is although very unlikely to actually happen. As far as Volkanovski is concerned it currently seems like the winner of Max Holloway vs Yair Rodriguez will be the next in line to face him.
