Ali Abdelaziz took to Twitter to mock number one ranked UFC welterweight contender Colby Covington
Kamaru Usman successfully defended his welterweight title at UFC 261, against Jorge Masvidal.
Following his win, he was called out by number one ranked welterweight contender Colby Covington. However, Usman wasn’t interested since he had already beaten Covington at UFC 245.
In what is considered by many as the greatest welterweight match of all time, Usman prevailed over Covington with a final round TKO victory by breaking his jaw.
And, since Usman finished ‘The Chaos’ he never entertained Covington’s claims of a rematch.
More recently, Usman’s manager Ali Abdelaziz brutally trolled Covington with a stat pointed out by a Twitter user.
The stat read:
“Colby Covington has zero wins over the current top 10 welterweights. Not one.”
Posting it on an image of Covington having his jaw broken by Usman, Abdelaziz captioned the post: “Bag b****.”
Although the stat is true, Covington has beaten some of the big names in the UFC, which include the likes of Tyron Woodley, Robbie Lawler and Rafael dos Anjos.
Ali Abdelaziz fires back at Conor McGregor after the Irishman trolled Kamaru Usman
Conor McGregor and Ali Abdelaziz feud regularly online. McGregor had recently posted a video of Abdelaziz calling his client Usman a genuine man, while bashing McGregor at the same time.
The video then goes on to reveal Usman copying McGregor’s one-liners at numerous instances. McGregor had reacted with a laughing emoji to this video.
This didn’t sit well with Abdelaziz as he decided to hit back with his greatest weapon – Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Abdelaziz posted a doctored GIF of Khabib as a bear, mauling a trapped McGregor. He also wrote: “He took your soul away.”
