Irwin Rivera was arrested in connection to a murder attempt but one sister has posted an update on the UFC star

MMA agent and manager Ali Abdelaziz posted an update from one of the sisters of Irwin Rivera, the UFC star who stabbed his sisters recently.

Rivera, who has a handful of UFC fights to his name, was arrested after he stabbed his sisters. Reports suggested that Rivera was not in the right state of mind and even his mother wanted some help for the UFC star.

Abdelaziz, who has backed Rivera since the star was arrested and sent to a facility, posted a few updates on the same.

The first update carried some information about how Rivera’s sisters and mother didn’t believe it was him (mentally) who performed such an act:

Abdelaziz then posted a message that was sent from one of Rivera’s sisters. She posted how Rivera was the most “loving positive” being and had “fallen into an unstable mind state.”

Family safe

While the two victims of the stabbing were rushed to hospital, the good news is that they were safe and stable.

This was a shocking incident, to say the least, and hopefully, Rivera can be brought back to his senses soon. It is incredible that the family is still backing him and Abdelaziz too, in some previous tweets had confirmed his support for the UFC star.

Rivera’s sister added that she flew into Florida after she noticed that things were not right with him. The UFC is investigating the situation but haven’t confirmed what action they might take on the star.
