A lot of comparisons have been drawn between middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and the greatest reigning middleweight king and MMA royalty Anderson Silva. Although Izzy has shut down any comparison between him and his idol, there definitely is symmetry in their fighting style.

Latest to join this conversation is welterweight contender Belal Muhammad, who came up with a funny analogy to abridge the comparison.

During He quoted a tweet saying, “ Izzy is a prime Anderson Silva that watches anime”

Israel Adesanya is well on his path of potential GOAT status in the middleweight division, although he has a long road ahead before catching up with ‘The Spider.’
