“Legend” – Bellator CEO Scott Coker reacts to Conor McGregor attending Bellator 275

Bellator CEO Scott Coker caught up with UFC star Conor McGregor at Bellator 275 in Dublin

Bellator 275 was headlined by a middleweight title match between Gegard Mousasi and Austin Vanderford, which Mousasi won by TKO inside the first round. Also in attendance was the biggest name in mixed martial arts and former UFC two-division champion, Conor McGregor.

‘The Notorious One’ was present to support his fellow Irish fighters and members of the Straight Blast Gym. Bellator CEO, Scott Coker appreciated Conor’s presence and spoke briefly about the UFC superstar at the post-fight press conference.

Scott Coker said, “Listen, he’s a legend, he’s done so much for the sport and I look forward to seeing him back in the cage sometime soon.”

Say what you want about McGregor, the man sure knows how to be in the news and commands respect anywhere he goes.

Gegard Mousasi details beef with Conor McGregor, calls him a moron

Mcgregor’s dream boxing match against Floyd Mayweather had the MMA community talking, and Mousasi voiced his opinion like many. He did not appreciate the way both fighters used money and expensive talks to promote the fight. This ignited the beef between them and Mcgregor contacted his management via Twitter and the two went back and forth with insults through direct messages.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on the MMA hour, Mousasi spoke about the dispute saying,

“I said something about it (boxing match vs Mayweather), and the idiot sent me a private message. Actually, he sent it to my manager because I don’t do Twitter. That was it, and I then said to manager, write something back. He’s a moron.”

“He said, ‘don’t bring my name in your mouth,’ and I said, you’re a ginger-headed f*ck.”
