Ben Askren wants a piece of Nate Diaz. ‘Funky’ who retired from the sport of mixed martial arts a couple of years ago, has expressed his desire to fight Nate Diaz.

Diaz, who has just one fight left in his UFC contract has lined up a few opponents in his mind, and Askren is definitely not one of them.

Jake Paul and Nate Diaz

However, the two crossed paths on Twitter after Askren stated in an interview with Lex Fridman that YouTuber-turned-Professional Boxer Jake Paul is pretty good at Boxing.

Diaz, wasn’t impressed with Askren’s comments and the two then went back and forth. ‘The Stockton Slugger’ hit out at Askren calling out his ‘poor Boxing.’

In the wake of this, Askren wrote on Twitter:

“Nate is right, I suck at boxing. He sucks at MMA. If he wants me to prove it I can be in the USADA pool tomorrow. Would be happy to be the last fight on his contract.”
