Bryce Mitchell has been out due to an injury for a while but he has his eyes on the UFC Featherweight title

Alexander Volkanovski and Brian Ortega are set to clash for the UFC Featherweight title at UFC 260.

Volkanovski has been excellent since he picked up the title from Max Holloway. There was some controversy regarding his rematch against Holloway, but he kept the belt after a tight call.

However, he is set to get another challenge in Ortega, who is 15-1-1 in his career. The only loss has come against, Holloway, but there is another challenger eyeing the gold.

Bryce Mitchell is one of the few undefeated stars in the UFC and Thug Nasty has called out the two rivals ahead of UFC 260.

Mitchell made the news after debuting his camo shorts in his last fight. That was a win over Andre Fili and Thug Nasty is now 14-0 in his MMA career.

The 26-year-old is considered as the future of the Featherweight division and is ranked #14. However, he might have to wait a bit before he gets that title shot.

Holloway back at it

While Thug Nasty broke his hand in the win over Fili, he should be back to his best soon. However, that doesn’t mean he will be in the title race soon.

He has to beat a few top ranked stars to get into the conversation and it will be interesting to see what is next for him in 2021.

Holloway, for his part, put himself back in the title hunt. Holloway was excellent in the win over Calvin Kattar and he is expected to fight the winner of Ortega vs Volkanovski.

Some claim that Holloway is the greatest Featherweight in UFC history. He showcased some of that in a Muhammad Ali moment, and he seems determined to get his UFC title back.
