Chris Daukaus seems to be impressed with all the work Marshall Inu is doing for MMA fighters
Chris Daukaus has praised Marshall Inu, a cryptocurrency, recently on social media. The UFC Heavyweight was in action at the Fight Night event where he faced Curtis Blaydes in the main event.
Daukaus ended up losing the fight in the second round. However, the 32-year-old had a lot to say about the cryptocurrency.
“Just wanted to shoutout Marshall Inu. Just the amount of support that I got from them before the fight, after the fight, was just really something great and really that’s what they’re all about, is to support the fighters. Over a month they’ve given out $2 million to fighters, fighter’s charities and gyms.
“This is really something you guys should really be looking into if you’re not doing it. Especially them and their MRI token. It’s something that I love, something I will continue to use and you really should check it out.”
Marshall Inu was created by a bunch of Joe Rogan fans and their website also confirms that they have no links to the popular UFC commentator.
The cryptocurrency seems to be doing a great job of working with MMA stars and it will be interesting to see who else vouches for them in the coming months.
Daukaus was on a five-fight winning streak before he lost to Derrick Lewis in December 2021. That took his record to 12-4 and then the loss to Blaydes made it two losses on the spin.
The Heavyweight needs a win to snap the losing streak as three losses in a row could be detrimental to his future in the UFC.
The 32-year-old posted a positive message after his loss to Blaydes. The UFC is yet to confirm his next fight.
