Claudia Gadelha is rocking a new hairstyle

UFC fighter Claudia Gadelha has changed her look drastically after getting a striking new hairstyle.

The female MMA practitioner has been outside the octagon for more than a month. And apparently, having free time on her hand has made her take a drastic cosmetic call.

Gadelha was signed by UFC in 2013 after having fought in Invicta Fighting Championships for a brief period.

She boasts of an impressive 18-5 MMA record, although her UFC record is a little less impressive at 7-5.

Gadelha has made a great impact in the promotion and is an iconic name within the Women’s division.

She competed in, and beat Tina Lahdemaki in the first ever UFC Women’s Strawweight fight. Gadelha was also voted the WMMA Fan’s Favorite Fighter of the year in her first year with UFC.

However, she has not been the most active in recent times. Being out of the gym for a while has apparently made the 32-year-old take some cosmetic routes to keep herself entertained.

She mentions that her not being able to work out during the pandemic influenced her earlier decision to shave one side of her head.

Gadelha also goes on to say that a similar reason is behind her opting to get her hair coloured in such a vivid shade.

She also drops a hint in the caption where she does not rule out getting another tattoo. The Brazilian has no shortage of that already. But we would certainly not be opposed to seeing het getting inked once again.

The BBJ specialist has only fought twice in UFC this year, having also suffered a knee injury in September 2020 that put her out of action for a couple of months.
