LeBron James and several NBA stars and teams decided not to play during the playoffs after protests regarding Jacob Blake
Colby Covington had his say regarding the Jacob Blake protests and how the likes of LeBron James and several other athletes reacted.
Blake, a black man, was shot several times in the back by police while dealing with a domestic violence call.
Videos have shown how Blake was entering his car and police opened fired on him while his children were inside.
James and many NBA teams decided to postpone their playoff games while many decided to walk out of their studio jobs too.
Doc Rivers, the coach of the LA Clippers, posted a powerful message after yesterday’s games and the NBA seems to be taking a strong stand on this.
The Milwaukee Bucks also posted a message that they were supporting their players but Covington wasn’t having any of this.
The UFC Welterweight star, who is a Donald Trump fan, took a shot at James and the rest, but that backfired on him.

Usman wants another broken jaw for Covington
Kamaru Usman, the current Welterweight champion, broke Covington’s jaw a few months back as he claimed gold.
The police brutality in the USA has sparked off several protests and it was the George Floyd murder that got people talking.
This was the latest such event where minorities were targeted by the police, and many cities in the USA have seen protests taking place.
Usman took a dig at Covington and brought up the jaw getting broken. Many fans back Usman and reminded Covington of his beating:

Covington might be playing a role as a heel in the UFC, but comments like this does lead to more polarization of an already fractured society in the country.
