Conor McGregor once again showed his soft side to an ailing fan, on Twitter

Conor McGregor recently sent his wishes to an ailing fan. ‘The Notorious,’ once again showed his soft side, this time on Twitter.

The whiskey brand, Proper No. Twelve, was sold by the Irishman (majority stake), earlier this year. A deal worth $600 million.

However, McGregor still remains an integral part of the brand he founded. He is the face of Proper No. Twelve.

The brand recently put out a Tweet explaining how they have been helping first responders. The Tweet read:

“There are lots of ways to support our brave first responders – drinking a rich & smooth Proper Irish Whiskey is one of them. For every bottle of Proper No. Twelve we sell, a donation is made to first responders. Here’s to the Proper Heroes! #OneForAll.”

A fan named Andreya Taylor, a former medic herself, now terminally ill, in reply, thanked McGregor for being an inspiration.

She wrote, “Thank you @TheNotoriousMMA@ProperWhiskey for your continued unwaivering support. Moved from Dublin to NJ, became a medic. I was blessed and honored. I can no longer do what I loved most being terminally ill. You’re a true inspiration, god bless you.”

A moved McGregor replied:

We are with you all the way Andreya! God bless you and yours.”

Conor McGregor and Kamaru Usman go back and forth on Twitter

Conor McGregor and Kamaru Usman went back and forth on Twitter recently. It all started when McGregor hit out at Jorge Masvidal for pulling out of his fight against Leon Edwards, citing an injury.

Not impressed with McGregor’s comments, Usman wrote on Twitter:

“You should be quiet. You cry about injuries more than anyone after you get your ass whipped. Foot, Ankle, Shin what else am I missing?”

McGregor replied, calling out Usman for the lack of originality. He wrote:

“Ye you’re missing something bro for sure. Don’t quite know what tho. Originality maybe? I don’t know, something. It’s like, nobody cares. No one cares what the fuck you’re at. And you try so hard too, I just don’t know. Somethings missing for you tho for sure. God bless anyway.”
