Conor McGregor made his thoughts known on the recently concluded rematch between Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington
Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington squared off in a rematch at UFC 268. It was a hit as people expected.
Usman did what was just enough to secure the victory and go 2-0 up in the rivalry with Covington.
This time around, Covington looked sharper, especially after being knocked down by Usman in round 2.
In a recent Twitter Q & A, McGregor was asked about a fight against Usman.
Bringing up the recent rematch against Covington, McGregor stated that he saw a lot of holes in Usman’s game.
McGregor also pointed out that Covington would have won the fight if Usman hadn’t knocked him down in round 2.
His Tweet read:
“Thought Colby lumped him up nice last fight. Finished stronger. Without that 2nd round knockdown it’s Colby’s fight imo. If even still. I see many holes. As well as a suspect dome. I fancy it greatly for the treble.“
In the same Twitter Q & A Conor McGregor revealed how much he was weighing currently.
The Irishman has looked bulked up and massive in his recent social media snaps, and it wasn’t a big surprise when he revealed his weight to be 85kg.
He wrote:
“Right now. 85kg of muscle. No fat.”
