Conor Mcgregor takes a shot at Tony Ferguson regarding his management team
In the latest episode of Conor Mcgregor’s Twitter tirade, the Irishman mocked fellow lightweight contender Tony Ferguson asking him about his management.
When it comes to Tony Ferguson and Conor Mcgregor, the animosity is real and the dislike heartfelt. Tony worked with the same management that Conor belongs to – Paradigm Sports. The pair went back and forth on Twitter in the past in an ugly exchange where Tony claimed that they did not have his best interest in mind.
Tony recently put out a (classic Tony, emoji-laden) tweet stating:
“Just got off the phone with my Agent,.. He was just letting me know that I’m STILL Thee Fuckin’ Best Of All Time 👻Thanks Brotha- Champ 💪😎🤜 CSO™️ 🇺🇸🏆🇲🇽 # 🥇 @vaynersports x CSO @ufc Shit 📈 Werrrrrk Related fwah-nah-nahhhh.”
However, ‘The Notorious‘ just could not neglect this and commented humorously on the tweet. He wrote, “You with a new agent again, kid?”
Whether the pair settle their dispute in an octagon is still a question that excites MMA fans.
Having labelled Michael Chandler of carrying ‘Dana White privilege’ at the UFC 262 presser, Tony has issued a fresh warning to him
Tony Ferguson stole the show at the UFC 262 press conference with his famous ‘Dana White privilege’ tag, which left everyone including the UFC president in splits.
Although the statement was taken in good spirits, there seems to be an underlying gravity to the matter that is bothering ‘El Cucuy’. He made his concern very clear in his latest Instagram post that compares the unfair nature of the business.
Ferguson wrote, taking a subtle dig at UFC President White:
“White🥇Listed” See👁Ewe👁Soon- Champ 🚣♂️💨🍃 -CSO- 🇺🇸🏆🇲🇽 # Comin’ForIt 📈 Link In Bio To Get On My White List 👕 *Time4Work* 🐎.”
It is rumored that a potential fight between the two is under work. Both the fighters have lost a couple of their last fights, although Michael Chandler’s defeat came at the hands of the current champion and former interim champion. A fight against Chandler can prove as the right motivation for Tony who is still a massive crowd favourite.
