Conor McGregor fired shots at his nemesis, Nate Diaz, after the latter was advised against signing a new UFC deal
Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz formed one of the fiercest mixed martial arts rivalries during the mid-2010s.
The pair fought twice, and the rivalry was left hanging with a scoreline of 1-1.
More than 5 years since their last fight – they still don’t seem to get enough of each other.
Recently, British political adviser Dominic Cummings, advised Diaz to not sign a new UFC contract, saying that he would make a lot of money outside than inside the Octagon.
Cummings wrote on Twitter:
“Do not sign new UFC contract, you will make more cash outside AND @danawhite will come do a deal at some point for trilogy @TheNotoriousMMA fight, but outside you’ll have much more leverage & make more $. Look how they screwed @GeorgesStPierre, now waiting for contract to expire.”
Replying to The Mac Life’s Tweet of the same, McGregor made a mockery of Cummings advising Diaz stating that it was he who made Diaz who he is today.
Here is what the Irishman tweeted:
“Advised by who? Does this lanky streak of piss think he business savvy or something? Hey bro. You’d 15 fights in the ufc and were on 20k to fight 20k to win hahahaha 15 fucking fights. In the ufc! Eyelid hanging off your head and handed a 20k check pre tax. Know who made you.”
Conor McGregor accused of punching Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti
Conor McGregor found himself in trouble once again, this time, after attacking Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti.
Currently in Rome for the Baptism of his son and the delivery of his Lamborghini Yacht, McGregor had been partying with Facchinetti.
Almost two hours into partying, McGregor punched Facchinetti. In a statement the DJ said:
“At 2.30 this night I was attacked by Mr. McGregor…I could have shut up and not say anything to anyone, but since I’m here to tell it, I must say that that person is really violent and dangerous.” [via MMA Mania]
