Conor McGregor parties with Chris Brown ahead of ‘Under the Influence’ tour
Conor McGregor has posted photos from a “mad night” of partying with Chris Brown, a popular musician. The R&B artist is now in Ireland in preparation for his gig at Dublin’s 3Areana this coming Saturday night; the show is part of his “Under the Influence” tour, with stops in London the following week.
McGregor captioned the post: “Me and the homie Chris Brown #propermadnight #welcometoireland”
Several popular figures like Dan Bilzerian, Kevin Hart, Coolio and now Chris Brown have been seen spending time at MCGregor’s Black Forge Inn.
The Black Forge Inn, a high-end bar, is McGregor’s proud possession. In 2019, the Irish star paid $2.2 million for the property in Crumlin, Dublin, his birthplace.
The former UFC champion at two different weight classes has announced his intention to launch a global chain of pubs. He also bought The Marble Arch in Drimnagh, where he allegedly assaulted a guy in 2019.
His other ventures, such as the sports recovery spray Tidl, the clothing line he created with David August, and the fitness software he developed under the moniker “McGregor Fast,” are all thriving.
Watch: Conor McGregor embodies Steve Jobs in a humorous Proper Twelve whisky parody
Irish UFC star Conor McGregor published a humorous commercial for his whisky label Proper Twelve, in which he parodies the product unveiling events conducted by tech giant Apple. Since his devastating leg break against Dustin Poirier in 2021, McGregor has not entered the octagon, and it appears that he has been focusing a lot of his energy on Proper Twelve.
The UFC fighter simulated the late Apple CEO’s trademark presentations in a humorous video.
McGregor, decked up in the standard issue black turtleneck and silver-rimmed glasses, introduced his new whisky while upbeat music played in the background.
As he puts it:
“Ladies and gentlemen, every once in a while a revolutionary product comes along that changes everything. In 2018 we introduced Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey, a rich and smooth blend of triple distilled malt and grain aged for four years in bourbon barrels.”
He continues: “Well now we have a new revolutionary product. This is Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple, a blend of award-winning Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey with notes of crisp and juicy Irish apple.”
McGregor boasts that the product is the result of “extensive drinking research and development” by the company’s “excellent distillery workers” and “executive decisions” made by the team while a fictional crowd applauds in the backdrop.
“Ladies and gentlemen, there is no other apple liqueur that tastes like this,” adds McGregor. “It’s a bit of Irish apple magic that can only come from a story distillery. And with several convenient bottle sizes, Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple is now available for weddings, funerals, fight nights and a round of shots for the entire pool. Best of all, ladies and gentlemen, it’s on the shelves right now – just in time for St Patrick’s Day. How do you like them apples?”
