Conor McGregor has met several big names over the years but the photo with Hugo Lloris on McGregor’s yacht has to be one of the most random

Everyone knows how much Conor McGregor loves to spend time on his yacht. The Irishman owns a £2.7m Lamborghini yacht and is spending his time off the coast of France during the summer.

McGregor has spent a lot of his wealth on costly watches and cars, but his yacht has to be one of the most expensive purchases.

The Irishman is one of the biggest sports personalities in the world too, but even he can spring a surprise or two with his updates.

McGregor posted several photos of his ‘holiday’ in France but got one snap with Tottenham and France star Hugo Lloris.

The Spurs captain’s account was also tagged by McGregor but he didn’t write much about the meeting between the pair.

McGregor is a huge football fan, having played the game during his childhood. He is a fan of Celtic and Manchester United.

Conor McGregor to return in 2023?

The Irishman has not fought since his second loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. McGregor broke his ankle at the end of the first round and has been training hard for a return to the Octagon.

Notorious has called out Charles Oliveira, the UFC Lightweight Champion and there have been rumours of him moving up a division to possibly fight Kamaru Usman too.

Dana White was recently speaking to TMZ and brought up a fight with Michael Chandler and the Irishman.

The UFC president also brought up when McGregor could return and hoped it would either be at the end of 2022 or early 2023.

“I think he’s getting better. He’s starting to ramp up his training, and I’m hoping the end of this year, early next year” (H/t TMZ).

McGregor is one of the biggest names in the MMA business, and his return would certainly sell a lot of pay-per-views.

The Irishman might be on a two-fight losing streak but he can still draw the big numbers when it comes to PPV sales.
