Conor McGregor sends a hilariously stern warning to Dustin Poirier

Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier are set to face off in a trilogy bout at UFC 264 on the 10th of July

McGregor is a man thirsting for revenge right now. The Irishman was brutally knocked out for the first time in his MMA career, against Poirier at UFC 257, earlier this year.

Poirier, thereby, made it 1-1 in their long rivalry, which began way back in September 2014. McGregor who was running riot during the mid-2010s knocked ‘The Diamond’ out in the very first round at UFC 178.

A lot is at stake for both the fighters, as they are set to clash in the trilogy bout on the 10th of July at UFC 264, in front of a packed Las Vegas.

With just a month and a half left for the fight, McGregor and Poirier have been stepping up their training routines, often showing it off on social media.

But, it is McGregor who has been more active, between the two.

A while ago, ‘The Notorious’ posted a picture of himself chilling with his shades on, which seemed to reflect a green-hued area.

A while later, he shared the same picture. But this time upon looking closer, the reflection in his shades was edited and was replaced with a picture of himself knocking Poirier out at UFC 178.

This is basically a semi-final for the lightweight championship with added perks, such as settling the rivalry and massive fight purse.

Most of the bookmakers have this fight at evens, with a few leaning towards McGregor being the slight favorite.
