Dana white has commented on Kayla Harrison and her PFL contract
Former UFC fighter Cris Cyborg has hit back at Dana White over his comments on PFL fighter Kayla Harrison. Recently, White talked about how PFL is giving her enormous amounts of money to fight for them and Harrison shouldn’t leave the company.
Cyborg was having none of it and lashed out at her former boss on Twitter. Take a look at she had to say:
“What’s considered an obscene amount of money for a company worth 7 billion dollars?”

Cyborg certainly made her feelings known and referred to the UFC fighter pay on her tweet. The UFC has been receiving backlash over their fighter pay even though they are the biggest company in the MMA world. It is a well known fact that UFC fighter pays are lesser than some other promotions who are no where near the valuation of UFC.
How did Kayla Harrison react to comments by the UFC president?
Harrison has a fight coming up on October 27th and during the media conference for the same, she replied back to what White said (h/t Drake Riggs):
“Thanks for the advice, Uncle Dana, I appreciate you. My job is going to focus on Oct. 27. I really don’t care what other people have to say about me or my career, my choices, or my options. I’m going to do what’s best for me, and that’s it.”
Harrison made it known that she does not care about what others have to say for her and instead she knows what’s the best for her and her career. This will be the last fight on her contract with PFL and Harrison will become a free agent is she does not decide to sign a new contract with the promotion.
