Dana White makes incredible statement over Zhang Weili’s punching power

Dana White has been left impressed by Zhang Weili in the past as well

UFC president Dana White was left highly impressed by Strawweight champion Zhang Weili.

The Chinese star is undefeated in her UFC career and has just one loss to her name in MMA. That came in her first fight and Weili is on a 21-fight win streak.

Her last outing was against former champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and that title defence is considered as one of the greatest fights of all-time.

Weili has been on a bit of a break after UFC 248 but there are plans of her returning in 2021. White has suggested that Weili would defend her title against another former champion in Rose Namajunas.

Thug Rose also defeated a former champion in Jessica Andrade and this clash should be a great one.

However, White also seems to be building up the battle and shared a message for Weili. A clip of the Chinese star punching was shared by White and the UFC president claimed that the body shot from Weili would drop almost every man watching the clip:

Weili vs Rose

The last fight for Weili was a classic and it will be interesting to see how she does against Thug Rose.

Weili is one of the top athletes in the UFC but underestimating Rose would be a huge mistake. Rose is a former champion and has fought against some of the best in the UFC.

A win for Weili would certainly cement her position in the legacy of top female fighters. She went to war with Joanna and if she brings out that kind of game, Namajunas would be in all sorts of trouble.
