UFC president Dana White confirmed that two locations will not be hosting Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson at UFC 249
The coronavirus travel ban has made things difficult for the UFC to host events, especially the location for the Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson fight.
Khabib vs Ferguson is the main fight for UFC 249. However, Dana White is now looking for a new location to host this epic battle.
White claimed that all UFC fights will go ahead, minus the fans, but venues could be shifted a few days back.
The UFC president provided an update on the location of the Khabib vs Ferguson fight. White added that two locations would not host the big match while the final venue could be shared by tomorrow:
White says he hopes to have two new options by tomorrow morning for Khabib vs. Ferguson, but it appears as though Vegas and Brooklyn are now off the table. But he is defiant in that all these fights will happen.

There has been a lot of uncertainty regarding sporting events due to the coronavirus. Khabib vs Ferguson has been called off four times in the past. However, White seems adamant to ensure the fight takes place.
UFC London in the doldrums
The travel ban across the world has also affected next week’s UFC London card.
Ariel Helwani posted another update from White where the UFC president added that London would not host the event.
Dana White announces that next week’s UFC card is not happening in London anymore.
They are currently working on finding a new venue for the event and are hoping Woodley vs. Edwards will be on it. White says they are working to put together a new slate of fights for the card.

White is also looking to add new fights to the card and possibly cut a few. The UFC president has been adamant on continuing the promotion despite most of their rivals taking a break.
Most top sports leagues have also suspended their operations for a while as the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread.
Helwani was also questioning the tactics of White, and it will be interesting to see how things develop.
Also, we talk about the fights, but worth noting a lot of the gyms are closing, too. And if they are not, the athletes training for these fights would be defying what the government is telling us to do which is to avoid contact with others.

UFC Brasilia went off without any fans in the stadium, and that is most likely to happen for all future events.
Khabib vs Ferguson is an incredible fight but it won’t be the same without the crowd cheering them on.
