Dana White is open to seeing Jon Jones vs Brock Lesnar in the UFC
UFC president Dana White shared his thoughts on a possible Jon Jones vs Brock Lesnar heavyweight clash.
Lesnar, a former UFC Champion, recently made the news after his contract with WWE expired. While there is no news of where Lesnar is heading to, the UFC could be a possible destination.
The Beast has been in the UFC previously and was successful in getting the gold. However, he returned to WWE shortly after losing his title and has flirted with MMA after that too.
Lesnar is 43 and his age is an issue, however, White was more than happy to see Jones take on the Beast.
Jones vacated his Light Heavyweight title to move up a division. While Jones has his eyes on Stipe Miocic’s title, White suggested that taking on Lesnar would be a great introduction to the division for Jones.
The president, however, added that this depended on both Lesnar and Jones accepting the fight.

Jones has called out Miocic several times but this is an interesting turn of events. We haven’t heard from Lesnar at all but the fans made their voices heard.
Fans split over Jones vs Lesnar
Jones is considered as one of the greatest MMA stars of all-time. However, even facing an ageing beast like Lesnar would be tough for him.
Not to mention, Jones has to put on a lot of weight and muscle if he has to survive in this division. While some fans suggested that this would be an easy fight for Jones, others highlighted that both could actually fail their drug tests ahead of the fight.
Some even didn’t want to see this fight as they weren’t convinced of a Lesnar return to the Octagon.
Juice Brock to the gills…per usual. Let Jon Jones pick him apart and finally get that "money fight" everyone is clamoring for these days then he can start fighting actual HW mixed martial artists

Brock would get picked apart. Jon is a complete mixed martial artist. Brock is just brute strength, average wrestling, and sub par striking.

jones could just piece him up, but brock is a one punch ko artist. if it comes down to wrestling i’m not sure who would take it tho

I think I speak for every fight fan, we not trying to see Brock back in an octagon

Sounds like old Dana is negotiating with Stipe and giving a bump to Lesnar in his negotiations with WWE. Happened exactly like this before.

Sure. Terrible for Brock but good for @JonnyBones.
But come on give me @francis_ngannou! I wanna see what he looks like against a full-time heavyweight professional fighter!

One shot with those beast hands when on the ground is enough. Don't say Brock can't wrestle.
