UFC President Dana White might consider making a move for Bellator’s AJ McKee

AJ McKee earned a stunning victory over the indomitable Patricio Pitbull Freire in the Bellator Featherweight World Grand Prix Final.

‘The Mercenary’ submitted Pitbull in the very first round via. a standing guillotine choke to win the featherweight championship and also took home a whopping $1 million as the win bonus. This was Pitbull’s first-ever submission loss in his incredibly long MMA career.

With that win, McKee maintained his unbeaten record with 18 wins and no losses.

This win of McKee, gained widespread acclaim for the 26-year old from all corners of the world. A lot of tweets hinted that the ‘Mercenary’ was be roped in by the UFC.

In the wake of this, UFC middleweight Derek Brunson posted a funny edited picture of UFC President Dana White with a bag full of cash, heading to meet AJ McKee.

Brunson captioned the post:

“Dana White headed to meet with AJ McKee moments after his fight tonight!”

No sooner did McKee win than Cormier tweeted:

“AJ McKee is that dude!!!!!! My goodness.”

Cormier then congratulated McKee and his father Antonio on the former’s success. Just like everyone Cormier claimed that he was interested to see what “the future holds for McKee.”

His tweet read:
