Derek Brunson earned a submission win over Darren Till in the main event of UFC Vegas 36

With four wins on the trot, Derek Brunson stepped inside the Octagon to take on the dangerous Darren Till.

However, Brunson was at ease right from the very first round. From the word go, he had the measure of Till, and bust him open in the beginning almost finishing him.

But, the Scouser held on and put on a better showing in the second round, although it was Brunson who won that as well.

In the third round, just as Till was switching gears – he almost knocked Brunson down. Despite being shaken, the North Carolina man showed no signs of panic, as he used the situation in his favour.

He lured Till towards the cage, and executed a rear-naked choke to perfection, earning a stunning submission win.

With that win, Brunson brought up his fifth consecutive victory, and also extended his unbeaten streak since going blonde.
